📒BOOKING POLICIES: - All new Color clients must book a Complimentary Consultation. - All Corrective Color and Extensions services will require a *non-refundable* deposit upon booking. - Cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Please cancel online, by text, or by calling me if you’re needing to. - I will allow a 15 minute “grace period” for all services. Clients arriving late will need to be rebooked for a different time slot/day. Please give me a courtesy call or text if you’re running late. - All no-call, no-show clients will be charged 100% of the service they booked. Reschedule will not be allowed until the outstanding balance is resolved. If you’re running late, please call me. Do not speed over and risk your life for a hair appointment. I understand that ✨LIFE HAPPENS✨and I’m not an unreasonable person. Just call me, babe! 😘 I would love to see everyones shining face in this beautiful new space! This brings me to our final topic: 🦠COVID-19 Safety Protocol: - Masks will be available if you do not have your own. - Wearing a mask will be OPTIONAL. If you feel comfortable and have been vaccinated I would love to see your face. I’m trusting that you’ll be honest with me about your status. - I have been vaccinated but I will continue wearing a mask most of the time. If I do not have a mask on for whatever reason and you would feel safer with me wearing one, please don’t hesitate to ask. I do not mind at all! - I will have a hand-washing sink as well as hand sanitizer at all times. Please use them as frequently as you want. - I will sanitize my entire station and all tools used before each and every client as usual. Please me mindful of this when deciding what to bring with you to your appointment. I’m a firm believer in keeping, not only myself, but all of my beautiful clients happy AND healthy.
